The 52 hike challenge is a goal you set for yourself to hike once a week for 52 weeks. In doing so, you’ll learn more about the benefits of the outdoors on your mental and physical well-being. But don’t worry if you miss a week. According to the FAQ you can double up on a week to catch up.
While this site is all about getting out and exploring new places, the challenge is a great way for self-accountability, and they offer some fun goodies on the site to celebrate your accomplishment.
All you need to do is visit the site and sign up for the challenge. Then you can track your progress, and they have some fun ‘finisher’ merchandise when you complete your goal.
